General information
  • Set up time 2 to 3 days
  • Our fully furnished apartment homes provide a spacious, relaxed environment for our seasonal guests. Our monthly all inclusive rates include comfortable furniture, linens, small appliances, utilities, telephone, cable TV and wireless internet. All amenities enjoyed by long term residents are extended to seasonal guests. Suites come with full size washer and dryer, full size refrigerator, oven, on-site work out facility, community pool, and many more amenities that will have you feeling right at home.
  • If they will be traveling with a pet, pet fees will apply ( we do not charge pet deposits only pet fees and pet rent
  • We offer housekeeping for an additional $85/visit and it can be arranged weekly, bi-weekly or monthly
  • All bookings require a credit card – all charges are applied to this card automatically each month.
Utility information
  • We allow a client to upgrade their cable/internet package, however this is an additional service at an added price.
  • We understand that utility services are a very high priority to our clients; all issues will be tended to within 2 hrs. of a complaint.

Month to month terms and notice to vacate
  • We do offer Month-to-Month lease terms for an additional $200; however when a guest is on a month to month lease a 30 day notice to vacate is required or the reservation will automatically push out another 30 days.
  • If a guest would like to extend they MUST fill out the 30 Day Notice to Extend form and fax back to P.R.O.S. or request an extension via e-mail
Billing information/ questions for client
  • A credit card along with the billing address and signature MUST be provided for every reservation.
  • We do not accept checks, other than corporate checks which must be received 10 days prior to move in as well as 10 days prior to the first of each month.
  • Invoices are sent out via e-mail 30 days prior to billing; unless client is paying via credit card.
  • Damages will be charged within 14 days of move out. Receipts are emailed at time of charge.
  • If a guest would like to charge multiple credit cards for a single reservation, we are able to do so.
